Welcome To Snowdrop House Montessori Group
The Snowdrop House Montessori group consists of two small, caring and educational nurseries located in Haywards Heath. Our settings provide full day care for children aged 0–5 years in warm, nurturing environments that support early learning and development.
Primrose House is based in Haywards Heath within a bright and spacious detached building. In November 2019, we expanded the group with the opening of Snowdrop House Montessori, located just off a private road in Franklands Village, Haywards Heath. The nursery enjoys a wonderful setting next to a park, with open fields and woodland nearby. It also benefits from a purpose-built outdoor play area, including a dedicated baby garden, providing safe and stimulating spaces for children to explore and learn.
In November 2025, the nurseries became part of Happy Days Nurseries and Pre-Schools. As part of the Happy Days family, the settings benefit from the support of a dedicated and experienced Support Centre Team, who provide ongoing guidance, training and resources to help maintain the highest standards of care and education. Why Montessori
The Montessori approach is holistic and aims to develop the whole child. Fundamental to the approach is the belief that a child’s early years from birth to six are the period when they have the greatest capacity to learn.
